Chad has worked in metals manufacturing for his entire career, with experience spanning quality management, engineering, operations, and maintenance. He entered the wire and cable industry in 2000 and has been with Copperweld since 2021, with a strong focus on laboratory development and product compliance.
Chad is a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) by the ASQ world headquarters. He has earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has a US Patent for T-2 installation tool and method for overhead transmission and distribution utility cable.
Outside of work, Chad enjoys hands-on hobbies that keep him connected to craftsmanship, including fishing, woodworking, and blacksmithing. He and his wife have a blended family of seven children and six grandchildren.
