With more than 20 years of experience in B2B industrial marketing and product management, Henry brings a track record of building high-performing marketing organizations, transforming complex product portfolios into differentiated brands, and using technology and customer insights to accelerate growth.

Throughout his career, Henry has worked at the intersection of strategy, product, technology, and commercial execution. He is known for bringing clarity to complex businesses, aligning teams around a common market strategy, and building the capabilities required to turn that strategy into measurable business results.

Background:

Henry joined Copperweld after serving as Vice President of Marketing at Atkore, where he scaled the company’s marketing function and led a broad transformation of its brand and digital strategy, bringing more than 30 independent product brands together under a unified customer experience and digital platform. His work included the development of a global digital experience spanning multiple regions and languages, while strengthening the connection between product information, customer needs and commercial growth.

Prior to Atkore, Henry served in leadership roles across publicly traded, private and PE-backed organizations at Stanley Black & Decker, Sunex Tools, and JPW Industries, where he led commercial strategy, marketing and product management with a focus on product strategy, commercialization, branding, pricing, e-commerce, and business development.

Henry’s approach to marketing is grounded in a simple principle: marketing should create measurable business value. He combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of products, customers, channels and technology, using data as a compass and the voice of the customer as a critical source of insight. This approach helps industrial businesses compete more effectively and build a lasting competitive moat.
