With more than 29 years of experience leading high-performance sales and operations teams, Jeff has built a reputation for driving business growth while creating strong alignment across organizations and distribution channels. He is experienced in managing all facets of business, from sales leadership and operations to organizational development and market expansion.

Background:

Jeff joined Copperhead in January 2012 and led the company through a significant transformation, guiding its evolution from a sales and distribution organization into a manufacturing business delivering a comprehensive utility locating system to the market.

Prior to joining Copperhead, Jeff served as Vice President of Operations at Select Communications, Vice President of Sales for Long Lines Communications, and held leadership roles including Divisional Director and Regional Sales Director at T-Mobile.

Jeff also represents Copperhead as a founding member of the American Bimetallic Association, an organization dedicated to advocating for and advancing the use of bimetallic materials.
